Therapy with Sasha
As a BIPOC clinician, I provide culturally responsive care that honors the unique experiences of Black and Brown communities. Therapy with me is professional, yet lax, personable & authentic.
Therapy with me is a heart-centered space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate your healing journey. I take an integrative approach, drawing from modalities such as EMDR, IFS-informed work, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, and other evidence-informed approaches to meet your unique needs. I believe healing involves more than addressing symptoms—it means understanding the experiences, emotions, and patterns that shape how you see yourself and the world around you. My approach is also informed by my background as an energy healer and my belief in the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will explore what may be beneath the surface while building greater self-awareness, emotional safety, and connection with yourself. My goal is to create a therapeutic experience that feels both clinically grounded and deeply human honoring every part of your experience. Above all, therapy with me is about helping you reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are instead of who you have had to be.

Therapy Services

Intensive Therapy Sessions
Private pay service only
$200/hour
Duration of intensive sessions are tailored to the needs of the client
Sometimes healing needs more than an hour. Intensive sessions create intentional space to slow down, go deeper, and give focused attention to the areas of your life that need support. Short term work, extended session time.
Before an Intensive can be booked, a consult is required.
Group Therapy
Insurance or private pay accepted service
$30-$60 per group
Prices & times are group specific
Healing doesn't always have to happen alone. Group therapy provides an opportunity to explore personal challenges within a supportive, confidential community. Groups are thoughtfully structured around shared goals, connection, and meaningful growth.

The Heart Healing Institute is a fully virtual practice allowing you to heal in the comfort of your own home.
What is
EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach that helps you process difficult or distressing experiences that may still be affecting you today. Rather than repeatedly talking through every detail of what happened, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements, tapping, or sounds—to support the brain in reprocessing memories and experiences that feel stuck. As these experiences are processed, they can become less emotionally intense and feel more like something that happened in the past rather than something you are continuing to relive. EMDR can help you develop a greater sense of safety, emotional balance, and confidence in how you respond to life in the present. While commonly associated with trauma and PTSD, EMDR can also be helpful for anxiety, grief, attachment wounds, and other experiences that continue to impact how you feel, think, or respond in the present.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a brain-body-based therapy that helps identify and process unresolved trauma, emotional distress, and experiences that may continue to affect how you feel and respond to the world around you. Using specific eye positions, Brainspotting helps bring awareness to internal experiences and somatic responses within the body that may be difficult to access through traditional talk therapy alone. With the support of a safe and attuned therapeutic relationship, this approach allows you to explore and process experiences at your own pace, creating space for greater emotional awareness, relief from distress, and a deeper connection between your mind and body.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy is an experiential approach that uses a relaxed, focused state of awareness to help you connect with emotions, memories, and patterns that may be influencing you beneath the surface. Through a transpersonal lens, this work honors the connection between the mind, body, emotions, relationships, and sense of meaning or inner self. Rather than simply talking about what is happening, you are invited to gently explore the deeper roots of your experiences and access parts of yourself that may need understanding, compassion, and healing. This approach can support emotional processing and release, greater self-awareness, and a deeper connection with yourself as you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
What is
IFS?
IFS-informed therapy is a compassionate, parts-based approach that recognizes that we all have different “parts” of ourselves that develop in response to our experiences. Some parts may carry fear, hurt, shame, or self-doubt, while others may work hard to protect us, keep us in control, or prevent us from experiencing pain. Rather than viewing these parts as problems, this approach creates space to understand their roles with curiosity and compassion. Together, we explore what these parts may need and help you develop a deeper connection with your authentic Self. This work can support greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, self-compassion, and a more integrated relationship with yourself.
